2009年11月7日(土) 朝食は、松屋で食べた。 盛岡の大通商店街の情報収集を行った。 昼食は、じゃんじゃんで、 餃子とじゃじゃめんを食べた。 美味い！ 午後は、膝が痛かったので、 開運の湯にある、プルガマで遠赤外線のシャワーを浴びた。 入浴前：　75.8kg 入浴後：　74.8kg 1kgほど体重が減っていた。 喜盛の湯の方が安いということで人気があるようですが、 施設内での飲料水の購入を考えると、 どちらも同じ様な金額になります。 http://www.kaiunnoyu.com/index.html (^^)/
